Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

01 Payment & Refund Conditions

Payments made by customers for any service, project, solar solution, electrical work, EPC work, installation, commissioning, operation & maintenance, solar water pumping system, rooftop solar project, ground-mounted solar project, electrical installation, testing, technical service, consultancy, or any other business service are generally non-refundable once received, subject to applicable law and any mandatory legal rights.

Once payment is received, necessary resources and arrangements may be allocated for the project, including procurement planning, material arrangements, manpower, site visits, engineering, technical preparation, transportation, project scheduling, administrative work, and other operational requirements. Accordingly, payment constitutes confirmation of the service or project booking and the customer's acceptance of the applicable project terms.

02 Cancellation, Discontinuation & Project Hold

If, after making payment, the customer cancels the service or project, stops the work, places the project on hold, decides not to proceed, or otherwise requests discontinuation, the amount already paid shall generally not be refunded, subject to the agreed Scope of Work, applicable law, and any mandatory legal rights.

03 Customer-Related Project Delays

Where a project is delayed due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including failure to provide required information, site access, documents, approvals, electricity-related information, technical details, materials, credentials, permissions, or other required cooperation within the agreed timeframe, the resulting delay shall not be the responsibility of the service provider, and the project timeline may be extended accordingly.

04 Additional Work & Charges

Any additional work, new requirements, additional capacity, additional materials, additional features, modifications, extra site visits, or services outside the agreed Scope of Work may be subject to separate charges. Such additional work will be undertaken after the customer's approval and shall be payable according to the applicable quotation or charges.

05 Approved Designs, Drawings & Specifications

Once a quotation, design, drawing, project specification, installation plan, material selection, or other deliverable has been approved by the customer, subsequent changes requested by the customer may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

06 Customer Information & Project Resources

The customer shall be responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, site details, photographs, technical specifications, approvals, permissions, electricity-related documents, and other resources supplied for the project are accurate, complete, and provided on time.

Any delay, additional cost, or issue resulting from customer-provided information, site conditions, approvals, or resources may affect the project timeline, cost, or delivery.

07 Procurement, Materials & Cancellation

For projects involving solar panels, inverters, batteries, structures, cables, electrical equipment, pumps, or other materials, cancellation or refund requests may also be subject to the procurement status, customization, transportation, installation, supplier terms, and other costs already incurred.

08 Customer Review Before Payment

Customers are advised to carefully review the service details, quotation, Scope of Work, project timeline, payment schedule, charges, technical requirements, terms and conditions, and this Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy before making any payment.
