01 Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, using, or submitting an enquiry through this website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to comply with them to the extent applicable to your use of the website and your dealings with IARROT Green Energy.

Where a separate quotation, proposal, Scope of Work, work order, purchase order, project agreement, service agreement, or other written commercial document is issued and accepted, that document may contain additional or specific terms applicable to the relevant service or project.

02 About IARROT Green Energy

IARROT Green Energy provides or may provide solar, renewable-energy, electrical, EPC, installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance, consultancy, technical, project-support, and related business services.

The exact nature, scope, specifications, deliverables, pricing, timeline, materials, responsibilities, and commercial conditions of any particular engagement shall depend on the applicable quotation, proposal, Scope of Work, project specification, agreement, or other written confirmation.

03 Website Information

Information published on this website is provided for general informational and business communication purposes. Service descriptions, photographs, illustrations, technical references, project examples, specifications, and other website content may be updated, changed, corrected, or discontinued from time to time.

Website information should not be treated as a final quotation, guaranteed project specification, engineering design, legal advice, financial advice, or binding offer unless expressly confirmed in writing by IARROT Green Energy.

04 Enquiries & Quotations

Submission of an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp, email, telephone, or another communication channel does not by itself create a binding obligation upon IARROT Green Energy to accept the project or provide the service.

Quotations, estimates, proposals, and commercial offers may be subject to project assessment, site conditions, technical feasibility, material availability, supplier pricing, transportation, taxes, government requirements, customer requirements, and other applicable factors.

Important:

A quotation should be read together with its stated validity period, Scope of Work, exclusions, payment schedule, technical assumptions, and other applicable conditions.

05 Scope of Work

The services and deliverables to be provided for a project shall be determined by the applicable accepted quotation, proposal, Scope of Work, specification, work order, purchase order, or other written agreement.

Items, services, materials, features, visits, approvals, testing, civil work, electrical work, transportation, documentation, maintenance, or other activities that are not expressly included in the agreed Scope of Work may be treated as additional work.

06 Solar & Renewable-Energy Projects

Solar and renewable-energy projects may include rooftop solar systems, ground-mounted projects, solar water pumping systems, solar street lighting, commercial and industrial solar systems, residential solutions, wind energy solutions, solar-wind hybrid systems, and other clean-energy applications.

System design, capacity, generation estimates, equipment selection, performance expectations, installation requirements, and project timelines may depend on site conditions, available space, orientation, shading, irradiation, electrical infrastructure, equipment specifications, grid conditions, approvals, weather, customer requirements, and other technical factors.

07 Electrical, EPC & Technical Work

Electrical, EPC, installation, testing, commissioning, technical consultancy, tender-related work, operation and maintenance, AMC, and related services shall be performed according to the agreed project scope and applicable technical requirements.

Where work depends upon existing electrical systems, infrastructure, equipment, civil structures, utility conditions, site access, approvals, or third-party facilities, the customer acknowledges that such conditions may affect the work, cost, schedule, or feasibility.

08 Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and cooperation required for the relevant service or project.

  • Providing accurate project and site information
  • Providing reasonable site access when required
  • Providing relevant documents, approvals, permissions, drawings, photographs, or technical information
  • Providing required electricity, property, or project information where applicable
  • Providing timely decisions and approvals
  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Informing IARROT Green Energy about material changes in site conditions or project requirements

Delays, additional costs, rework, or other consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable customer information or cooperation may affect the project schedule, cost, or delivery.

09 Site Conditions & Technical Feasibility

Site conditions may differ from information available before physical inspection or technical assessment. Hidden conditions, structural limitations, access restrictions, existing electrical issues, roof conditions, soil conditions, shading, utility requirements, civil work, safety requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect project execution.

Where such conditions materially affect the agreed scope, additional work, revised specifications, additional charges, or timeline adjustments may be required, subject to customer approval where applicable.

10 Project Timelines & Delays

Project timelines are based on the information, scope, dependencies, approvals, materials, site readiness, customer cooperation, supplier availability, logistics, technical requirements, and other assumptions applicable to the project.

Delays caused by the customer, suppliers, transportation, weather, government or utility approvals, site conditions, changes in scope, force majeure events, or other factors outside reasonable control may result in corresponding changes to the project timeline.

11 Changes & Additional Work

Changes requested after approval of a quotation, design, drawing, project specification, installation plan, material selection, or Scope of Work may be treated as additional work.

Additional work may include additional capacity, materials, equipment, features, modifications, redesign, extra site visits, additional transportation, additional engineering, reinstallation, testing, or other requirements outside the original scope.

Additional work may involve additional charges and may require customer approval before commencement.

12 Pricing, Taxes & Charges

Prices and charges shall be based on the applicable quotation, proposal, agreement, invoice, or other commercial document.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, applicable taxes, statutory charges, transportation, additional materials, additional work, government or utility fees, or other project-related costs may be charged separately where applicable.

13 Payment Terms

Customers shall make payments according to the payment schedule or commercial terms stated in the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal, work order, or agreement.

Payment may be required before procurement, mobilisation, site work, engineering, installation, commissioning, delivery, or other project stages as specified in the applicable commercial terms.

Failure or delay in payment may affect procurement, scheduling, mobilisation, delivery, installation, continuation of work, or project timelines, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

14 Cancellation & Refunds

Payments, cancellation requests, refunds, procurement commitments, project discontinuation, and related matters are governed by the applicable quotation, Scope of Work, agreement, and the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website.

Related policy: Please review the Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy before making a payment or requesting cancellation.

15 Materials & Procurement

Project materials may include solar panels, inverters, batteries, structures, cables, pumps, electrical equipment, charging equipment, lighting equipment, wind-related equipment, or other components depending on the project.

Availability, model, brand, specification, delivery, supplier conditions, transportation, and procurement timelines may be subject to market availability and supplier or manufacturer conditions.

Where an equivalent or technically suitable alternative is required because of availability or supply conditions, any change shall be handled according to the applicable quotation, specification, or customer approval process.

16 Third-Party Products & Manufacturer Terms

Certain equipment, products, software, components, or services used in a project may be supplied or manufactured by third parties.

Manufacturer warranties, product specifications, warranty exclusions, service conditions, replacement policies, and other manufacturer-specific terms may apply to such products.

Where a warranty or product issue is governed by a manufacturer's warranty, IARROT Green Energy may assist with communication or coordination where applicable, subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms.

17 Warranty & Performance

Any warranty expressly provided for a service, installation, material, equipment, or project shall be governed by the specific warranty terms applicable to that service or product.

Solar generation, energy savings, output, operating performance, or other project results may depend on environmental conditions, equipment condition, usage, shading, weather, grid availability, maintenance, site conditions, customer usage patterns, and other factors.

No website statement should be interpreted as an absolute guarantee of a particular generation, savings, financial return, or performance result unless expressly stated in a written project agreement.

18 Operation & Maintenance / AMC

Operation and maintenance, technical support, inspection, repair, AMC, or related services shall be performed according to the scope and service conditions applicable to the relevant agreement.

Consumables, replacement parts, third-party equipment failures, damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, external events, or items outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges where applicable.

19 Electrical & Government / Tender Work

Tender-related, government, institutional, electrical, EPC, or compliance-related work may be subject to specific tender documents, eligibility requirements, specifications, deadlines, approvals, statutory requirements, and contractual conditions.

Where a project is undertaken pursuant to a tender, purchase order, government contract, institutional contract, or other formal document, the applicable document and its governing conditions shall apply to the extent relevant.

20 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, including its branding, text, layout, graphics, design elements, original content, code, logos, visual presentation, and other materials, may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and rights.

Some website images may be photographs, illustrations, stock visuals, design assets, AI-generated images, or AI-assisted visuals used for presentation and illustration.

IARROT Green Energy shall not be responsible for delay or inability to perform to the extent caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic events, war, civil disturbance, government action, regulatory restrictions, utility issues, transportation disruption, supplier disruption, labour disruption, infrastructure failure, or other comparable circumstances.

Project schedules and performance obligations may be reasonably adjusted in accordance with the circumstances and the applicable agreement.

27 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable contractual arrangement, IARROT Green Energy shall not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control, inaccurate customer information, unauthorized customer changes, misuse of equipment, third-party failures, site conditions, utility interruptions, or other matters outside the agreed Scope of Work.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.

28 Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a customer or website user may be responsible for losses, claims, damages, or reasonable costs arising from their unlawful use of the website, unauthorized use of third-party material, fraudulent information, intentional misconduct, or breach of applicable contractual obligations.

This provision shall not operate to impose any liability that cannot lawfully be imposed or to restrict rights available under applicable law.

29 Suspension or Termination

IARROT Green Energy may suspend, restrict, or discontinue access to the website or particular website features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical reasons, legal compliance, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Any termination or suspension of a specific customer project or service shall be governed by the applicable quotation, agreement, Scope of Work, and applicable law.

30 Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, customers are encouraged to first contact IARROT Green Energy so that the matter can be reviewed and, where reasonably possible, resolved through direct communication.

Where a separate project agreement, work order, purchase order, or contract contains a specific dispute-resolution mechanism, that mechanism shall apply to the extent legally enforceable.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory remedy, consumer right, or legal forum available under applicable law.

31 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted subject to the laws applicable in India, except to the extent that a different rule is mandatorily applicable to a particular transaction, consumer, project, or dispute.

Any court or legal forum having jurisdiction under applicable law may have jurisdiction over a dispute. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude a mandatory statutory forum or consumer jurisdiction where such exclusion is not legally permitted.

32 Changes to These Terms

IARROT Green Energy may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in services, website functionality, business practices, technology, legal requirements, or regulatory requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page. Visitors and customers should review the applicable terms before entering into a new transaction or using the website.

33 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue to operate to the extent permitted by applicable law.

34 No Waiver

Failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy shall not by itself constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

35 Entire Understanding

For a specific project, the applicable quotation, proposal, Scope of Work, work order, purchase order, project agreement, invoice, technical specification, warranty terms, and other expressly applicable documents may together establish the commercial and technical understanding between the parties.

In case of an inconsistency between documents, the specific written project agreement or applicable commercial document shall govern to the extent stated therein, subject always to applicable law.
